Condominium Declaration and Bylaws

I have been staring at this document for weeks. I have been seeing words, questioning so many of them as to their proper use and placement, that I don't even see them anymore. I might as well be reading music for all the sense this is making. I saw the word, "built" and craved to replace it with "builded" because at this point, childish conjugation makes more sense than replacing a "d" with a "t". My brain is dying, slowly.

Builded, builded, buildedbuildedbuilded.

Let's not forget words like "providing" versus "provided". "That is, provided that blahblah."? No. "That is, providing that blahblah." At least, I hope so. I have written that line somewhere above two hundred times so far. I don't know if it matters. I don't have a Garner's to check, and it sounds better than the way he wrote it. He is a fool, and I hate him for trying to sound more intelligent than is within his capabilities. Think outside the box, I don't care. Don't make my eyes and fingers and brain suffer for it.
